Working with a passionate team proud of the HESTA brand (and a love for the colour ‘purple’), all striving to make a positive impact on the retirement of HESTA members, Alicia worked collaboratively across the Marketing and Communications unit, and the wider HESTA organisation, responsible for maintaining a thorough knowledge and guidance of the Fund’s brand style, personality and communication needs.
With only two designers on the team, Alicia worked closely with a team of writers, Marketing Officers, Communications and Digital Managers, and stakeholders to develop concepts and prepare designs for marketing, promotional and publicity materials including; publications, brochures, flyers, print and online advertising, banners, eDM, website pages and graphics, internal communications, display materials, presentations, reports and collateral for special events. Alicia produced a comprehensive roll-out of the brand across print, advertising, web & digital, exhibition and events graphics, delivering a brand experience no matter what the touch point was.
